Don’t empty your mind…just stop filling it.

Try spending a day embracing silence when it presents itself.

Avoid YouTube videos or FaceBook scrolling when it’s time to wait for something.

Sit alone and enjoy a lunch date with your own thoughts.

Close your book and spend your commute on the train utilizing the observations of strangers as entertainment.

Turn off the music, and instead listen to traffic noise that seeps through the car window and echoes throughout the interior.

Try not to fill your mind with things, and instead try to see how it fills itself.
